Any VPN adds some overhead. With WireGuard, this is minimal — typically less than 5-10% speed reduction. For best performance, choose a server geographically close to you, or use the Auto option.

Yes. VeilTun is particularly useful on public Wi-Fi where your traffic may be visible to others. Once connected, all your traffic is encrypted end-to-end.

The kill switch blocks all internet traffic if the VPN connection drops unexpectedly. This prevents your real IP from being exposed. We recommend enabling it for maximum privacy.

Yes. All plans support up to 5 simultaneous connections. Simply log in with the same account on each device.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings, find VeilTun, and select Cancel. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

Yes. VeilTun operates a strict no-logs policy — we do not record your IP address, DNS queries, traffic, or session times. See our No-Logs Policy for full details.

First, check your internet connection. Then: (1) toggle the VPN off and on; (2) try a different server location; (3) restart the app; (4) restart your device. If none of these work, contact us and we'll investigate.

WireGuard is significantly more battery-efficient than legacy VPN protocols like OpenVPN. You may notice a small increase in battery usage when the VPN is active, but it should be minimal.
