Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using VeilTun(“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use VeilTun. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

3. Permitted use

You may use VeilTun only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity under applicable law
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers
• Transmit malware, spam, or conduct DDoS attacks through the Service
• Resell or commercially sublicense access without our written consent
• Reverse engineer any component of the Service

4. Subscriptions & billing

VeilTunis offered as a subscription service. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the respective platform’s policies. We do not process payments directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Planned outages will be communicated via in-app notice where feasible.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in VeilTun are the property of VeilTun or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeilTun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Active subscription refunds are subject to the platform’s refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
