Our policy on legal requests
- We do not have VPN logs to provide. Because we operate a strict no-logs service (see our No-Logs Policy), we cannot provide user activity data even if compelled.
- We notify users of requests targeting their account unless legally prohibited from doing so.
- We challenge overbroad requests. We will always seek to limit or challenge requests that appear overbroad or legally unsound.
- We publish warrant canaries.If we receive a request we are legally prohibited from disclosing, we will remove the statement “We have received no national security orders” from this page. Its presence here confirms no such orders have been received as of the last update date.
Canary statement
As of June 15, 2026, VeilTun has received no national security orders (FISA court orders, NSLs, or equivalent) and has not been required to modify our service to assist any government surveillance program.
